Cheryl Belcher, RN, MSN, NP
Cheryl Belcher RN, MSN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. As a 1998 graduate from West Virginia University, she has practiced in acute care for seven years and primary care for sixteen years. She is also a professor at Bluefield State College where she has been teaching nursing since 1990. Her focus has been treating individuals with diabetes, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hepatitis C, and substance abuse disorder. She is dedicated to improving the health of her patients through evidence-based practice, collaboration with other healthcare providers, and education. She is honored to be part of the health care team at Med Surg Physician's Group.
Robert D. Lovejoy, RN,APRN-CP, PMHNP
Robert D. Lovejoy has practiced as a Registered Nurse since 2006. He then practiced as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (CRNA) starting in 2011 when he graduated from Marshall University with his Doctorate of Management Practice in Nurse Anesthesia. He received his second national certification in 2021 when he completed a post-masters certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner ( PMHNP-BC) from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Robert then joined MSPG to help support the mental health community. Dr. Lovejoy will be taking care of patients ranging from 5 years old to Geriatrics
Justin Tyler Bailey. M.A. Counselor
Justin Tyler Bailey is a Lindsey Wilson College graduate with a Master of Education degree, majoring in Human Development. He has been working in the mental health field for 7 years and has previously worked with chronically mentally ill adults as well as serving as a youth therapist with children ages 6-17. Justin has been working as a substance recovery therapist since September 2020 and is also a provisionally licensed counselor in West Virginia working towards a full license.
Victoria Fondale MSW, LICSW
Victoria graduated from West Virginia University with a Master of Social Work degree in 2015 and obtained her Independent Clinical Social Worker licensure in 2018. In addition, she holds degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Mountain State University. Victoria was an Adjunct Instructor at New River Community and Technical College, as well as worked at Raleigh County Community Action Association as a Community Developer and Case Manager for Families/Child Mentor at Pine Haven Homeless Center. Victoria served Southern Highlands Community Mental Health Clinic as the Director of Youth Services as well as a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).
Connie Green, RN, MSN, NP
Connie Green, RN, MSN, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated in 1995 from WVU and has practiced as a Mid-Level in primary care for 29 years. She feel that patients should be given respect and treated as if they are your family. It's her belief that you should not only treat the patient but must include family in your plan of care. She encourage patients to be active participants not passive recipients in their plan of care. She enjoys walking and volunteering at Carpenter's Corner. Connie sews dresses and shorts that go to more than 40 countries through Sewing for Souls. She is honored to be a part of patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual care.
